Tarquin Pearce

Tarquin Pearce was a social worker who appeared in the Pilot Episode of Home and Away. He made it clear to the Fletchers that if Tom didn't find another job, their foster family would be split up. He was taken aback when Tom and Pippa told him that they were prepared to sell their house in The City and move, just to keep their family together.
