John Douglas as Tom's Boss
John Douglas played Tom Fletcher's boss in the Pilot Episode of Home and Away. His character made Tom redundant the day after his 40th birthday and led to him relocating to Summer Bay. John also had guest roles in Return to Eden, A Country Practice, the Ozploitation movie Hurricane Smith and All Saints[1].
