Fiona Spence is an English born Australian actress who has played Celia Stewart on a recurring basis since 1988. Fiona's other major TV role was that of Vinegar Tits Vera in Prisoner: Cell Block H.
Born in Kent, England in 1948. Before Home and Away, Fiona was best known as the bitter prison officer Vera "Vinegar Tits" Bennett in Prisoner, she played the role from 1979 to 1981.
