Synopsis
Jeff Samuels teases Steven Matheson and pushes him to the edge in PE class on the beach so much so that Steven hits Samuels. Steven is given several detentions. Meanwhile Roo Stewart gets her claws into Frank Morgan so she can sleep with him, and pretend that her baby is his, not letting Frank know she was already pregnant with Brett Macklin.
