SynopsisEditFrank Morgan and Bobby Simpson laugh about Lance Smart and Martin Dibble's look on their faces when they saw the wheels had been removed on their car. Alf Stewart, Ailsa Hogan and Celia Stewart return from the tennis finals. Celia finds her bike is missing. She looks in the airing cupboard of the hall and sees it is covered in balloons and party poppers. She blames the Fletchers. Carly Morris has a massive hangover the following morning. Lynn Davenport asks her what is wrong and Carly says she does not want to talk about it. When Celia is trying to mollycoddle Alf he says he is 45 years old and able to look after himself. Roo Stewart returns for a visit from boarding school in "The City". Roo confronts Frank about hitting that fellow student who tried it on with her, it is revealed his name was Brett Macklin. Pippa is prosecuted for using the church hall without the permission of the church ministers, she has been charged with breaking and entering. She says the informat was Celia Stewart.

In a continuity error, in this episode Alf Stewart says he is 45 years old, meaning he was born inbetween April 1942 and April 1943. Yet, 17 years later in Ep 4000 (8 Jul 2005), he turns 60, making him only 42 or 43 in 1988 or 62 in 2005.
