Synopsis[]
At Summer Bay House, Tom is in a rush to get to work. Frank is driving Bobby somewhere. Lance says the starving kids in Africa will benefit from him giving his money away. Celia reckons the goverment will be lining their pockets with Lance's money. Frank takes Bobby to the city where has had flashbacks to being ganged up on as a 8 year old in 1978, before he was adopted by the Fletchers. He says he has had the guts to go back to where he had his troubled childhood. They talk in a park. Frank notices an old schoolfriend, Terry Murphy. Frank and Bobby then leave. Back at Summer Bay House, Sally earwigs Frank and Bobby having a chat in her bedroom. Stacey has got Lance's song a contract with Mushroom Records. Bobby and Frank announce they are getting married. Stacey comes to the party and sees Tom drinking when she thought he was sick. Tom says he may not be able to make it into the office, not that he was sick. Tom says she may be his boss but it does not give her the right to barge into his house. Stacey calls Frank to the office for unauthorised time off. He says he did it to win Bobby. She does not fire him. Tom and Frank's jobs are safe. Frank plans to be open about his past and invite his real parents to the wedding, and Bobby will invite her father to the wedding whe he comes out of jail in January. (She is still totally unaware of her true parentage). After Bobby and Frank leave, Tom says they could be in for heartache if they explore their heritage.
