Synopsis[]
Carly confronts Gary in Hogan's General Store. She says she knows it was him. She has the tape recorder on. Gary says if she keeps accusing him, he will make her life very unpleasant. Carly then leaves and is pleased that he said that as she feels she has enough evidence to nail Samuels. Carly and Steven take the tape to Bob Barnett. Bob is fuming, saying that you cannot tape a conversation without the others knowledge. He says Gary has a watertight alibi and was just being pushed to the limit of his patience when he said he will make her life unpleasant. Lance and Martin have a business proposition for Celia. They want to buy the shop. Celia rejects the idea. Bob says that Gary can press charges against Stevo and Carly for harrassment. Samuels says he will not press charges. Lance and Martin have some money to buy the shop, money from Lance's lottery winnings. Celia agrees to the deal. They plan to take on Summer Bay. Gary is spoken to by Bob, saying a girl was attacked in Yabbie Creek last night, and he matches Gary's description. He is arrested.
