Synopsis[]
Are there stranger noises coming from inside or outside Room 666?
Nick, Marilyn and Julie get home after attending Pippa and Michael's wedding. Marilyn teases her about catching the wedding bouquet. Nick invites Julie to come with him to a movie in Yabbie Creek.
Haydn gets irritated at Blake, Karen and Sophie going on and on about the swimming tournament. He is also having second thoughts about taking part in Adam's prank later on. His mood isn't improved when he goes down to the swimming pool and is mocked by some rival Yabbie Creek students.
Julie rings her dad to say she won't be home until later on but it seems Mr Gibson doesn't seem to be too happy about her plans. She tells Nick she is worried about his heart and that he could have a turn. Nick wonders is her father concerned about her more than himself? He assures her he'll have her home by 10:30 and encourages her to show her father how independent she can be.
Donald checks into the Sands Resort for the his conference and is teased by Rodney White, the headmaster of Yabbie Creek High over the swimming tournament. Meanwhile, Adam is making final arrangements for his prank, even though Matt reminds him that Michael is his boss. Haydn changes his mind and decides he will go with Adam and Blake after all.
Revhead calls to the Beach House looking for his sister and barges his way into the house. He tells Marilyn that he and his dad look after Julie and they don't want anybody leading her on. He insists on staying in the house until they get back. After a while, Marilyn manages to get him to open up. He tells her about a previous male friend of Julie's who ran for the hills once she developed feelings for him. He doesn't want this to happen again.
Adam, Blake and Haydn make it to the Sands Resort and hear noises from room 666. The first prank Adam plays is to order oysters from room service. After they hear the waiter apologising and wheeling the cart away again, Adam decides to up the ante.
Nick and Julie get home and are greeted by a furious Revhead. While she is gathering up her things in the downstairs bedroom, Nick and her brother have an argument over his over-protectiveness. Nick says that she could more independent and enjoy lots of things if it wasn't for him and his father..
A lady in a red dress knocks on the hotel room door, introduces herself as Janice and tells Donald that the agency sent her. Donald is embarrassed and tries to send her away. Rodney White leaves his room nearby and relishes every word of the exchange. Janice has no intention of leaving until Donald pays a $50 cancellation fee. Furious, Donald tells her he will take it up with the hotel manager and sets off for reception. When he turns the corner, he finds the three culprits, still laughing their heads off.
Back home, Adam, Blake and Haydn realise they were set up. Sophie confirms it by telling them that Pippa and Michael are nowhere near the Sands Resort - they are on a cruiser on the Hawkesbury River. Adam worries about what Fisher will do to him but Blake and Haydn are more concerned. He is their headmaster after all.
